About the Project

The King William Center project involved a comprehensive upgrade to the exterior façade of this historic mixed‑use property, enhancing its character while improving curb appeal and tenant experience. The work included architectural enhancements, full repainting, custom decorative murals, new landscaping, and targeted asphalt parking lot repairs to refresh the site as a cohesive whole. Each improvement was carefully executed to respect the building’s historic context while introducing color, texture, and clarity to the property’s public presence. In addition, we completed the renovation of one tenant’s occupied space, delivering the work with minimal disruption and the same attention to detail that defined the exterior improvements.
