San Antonio
200 Main Plaza
About the Project
200 Main Plaza is the thoughtful renovation of a historic four‑story masonry building in the heart of downtown San Antonio, carefully modernized while preserving its architectural character. The project transforms the stripped shell into a mixed‑use asset, featuring a ground‑floor white‑box restaurant space and flexible office floors above, with exposed concrete and masonry celebrated throughout. Extensive exterior restoration, new historically appropriate windows, and a custom steel fire stair were executed with precision to meet modern code and performance standards. The result is a refined, durable building that showcases craftsmanship at every level—where historic structure and contemporary construction are seamlessly aligned.
